Never think that Building Distinguished Carisma is Difficult!

The easy way to start building distinguished carisma is to get attractive to your family members, friends and colleagues first. The first thing to do to be attractive is to read more literature and art to enrich your thoughts and be creative. We achieve attraction when we become creative in everything we do. We need to break the iceberg of our normal habits sometimes.

If you feel that running out of the town or the district, and crying there is good to breathe your stress out, do it with some friends and tell them why you did that. If you feel looking, speaking or even eating with logic and sense could make a difference do it in public. For example, you do not need to eat and talk while your mouse is full of food. You do not need either to eat and keep your mouth open while you are eating.

Keep your attractive smile on even while you feel bad in front of those you know. Those who know the situation will appreciate it and consider the way you are keeping your inside stress feeling private. This is an absolute sense of building distinguished carisma.

When you get new ideas out of reading, hearing, watching and enjoying outdoors activities develop this enlightenment into your own bright ideas, behaviours and expressions. You can even keep on modelling if you ran out of new inventions. You will add smoothly some records to the process of building distinguished carisma.

Say always that you are the hero. Stirring yourself is important sometimes without having to impose a thought of assumption. People may not recognize it at first, but they will get it when you always repeat it and they will then believe it eventually. See how Mohammed Ali did it and kept himself a hero for a decade or two decades.

However, while building distinguished carisma, you will need to act and react upon the reflection of your ideas on others. Hear them well when they comment about what you did or intended to do. Think of your achievement's formula: what, where, when, how and why. Sophisticated answers to these questions will help you get all the way to building distinguished carisma.

People in your circle of influence will not act actually as witnesses, but they will react positively to your achievement process line and you will influence them by it.

There is a way to keep yourself brilliant, and to influence yourself and the others at the same time, by good behaviours, and keep them in your circle of influence. For example, say always "excuse me, may I…" if you are about to have a look on something others have, or if you want to take something lays in front of somebody. There are so many situations, you may find yourself in a position to say, "excuse me, may I…"

Consider how the media could build you a distinguished charisma. Find those journalists in your circle and approach them with your ideas. Build confidence while approaching them. Give them a creative work, or perhaps you may consider commenting positively on what they write or broadcast. However, do not forget to powder new thoughts about their topics. Pressmen need soft and elegant critique to what they have done.

Take the creative product from your lifetime experiences, or the critical situations that you have faced and win, and enlighten those journalists about them. Influence them by the elegant way you are talking to make them write better about you. Remember always that you are a hero in your field.

Your self-esteem will reflect positively upon them to highlight your thoughts, challenges and self-development. Speak about how your mental diet and the diet of your soul have built your distinguished carisma. Take this action in front of others too, so they can see results of your collective cultural backgrounds.

What is Aristocratic Media?

I know many Danish journalists. However, there are only four or five journalists I can call journalists. This is actually, because as a journalist with an experience that extends more than thirty years in different countries, I know journalism has two main principles or values. Those values are transparency and credibility.

The holly mission of journalism is not to only report official and other regional news. Journalism should get down under the ground to touch the real life of people who suffer and to light candles for them and help them cure their human pains.

The misery of people there in Sudan, or any other country in Africa or Asia lays heavy weight on the International media. However, it appears that people are living in misery even in what they call the first world. It is here deep in Europe or even in America; people suffer and live under the poverty margins. Discrimination, work abuse and other kinds of servitude are real practices here in Europe too.

The media unfortunately does not see that. I have seen some journalists who think journalism is just like any other job. They do their jobs day after day routinely just like any other job, while journalism is a media for creation and invention to what make the people sad or happy. It happens just like this; unless you go after the media, the media will not go after you. You are totally forgotten in this media unless a good journalist there comes in to break the iceberg of dogmatism.

I recall in my professional daily life there in Africa, I used to go on foot long ways to different places, sub-districts and districts to discover new things. I actually met many people during these tours and chatted with them to discover their pains. Those places were the origins of my articles and interviews.

I went at the same time and visited many official directions just to chat here and there and discover new things. This is what the NEWS is all about …meaning to bring the news from the people not only from the officials. I went also to many regional and international channels to chat about something or to have pamphlets and other reports and publications. I stepped even further to be present in diplomatic receptions; and have seen both the other side of the midnight and the other side of the mountain in diplomatic relations.

This is what makes journalism stand out of the daily routine and come with new bloods to the modern media. The happy life some people live should not prevent the media from seeing the other side of the mountain.

What does sex mean to your children, and how to deal with this matter?

In this age, it is obviously very difficult to control a beginning to be teenager. Some of us are taking sex seriously to orient our children about every aspect of it. Some parents afraid even of having an access to talk their children about this until the axe hits the head.

As a journalist, I approached some parents about this matter a while back ago. I think it was about 28 years ago. Some of those parents who were my friends found out that their children read sex magazines and do this entire tiny thing with themselves.

They were boys and girls and they had never spoken or consulted their parents about sex in an area where sex matters are still considered forbidden.

I encouraged them to talk it with their children in a very different way.

How?

It is obvious that this is still to be considered a very sensitive area of concerns. Therefore, we should take care when we deal with it. A very positive orientation for parents, towards discussing sexual matters with children, is to begin
with taking notice of biological changes, and to develop a very sophisticated dialogue about this matter with their children.

When children hear this dialogue, they will accept it. Their parents will break at the same time the psychological barriers. Parents do not need problem management skills to do this. However, they need of course a great deal of courage and logic to answer the curious questions their children may ask.

Then during this warm dialogue, which children will definitely love to hear, children will begin to love their parents more for giving them chances to express themselves without feeling shy.

It will be good idea for parents to talk about how they felt while they were at that age. At this stage, parents should be very careful and cleaver to avoid speaking about their bad sexual experiences. However, they can mention if they had self-sex or if they had misused that. They can even give examples of bad results in difficult cases such as misusing sex or being addicted to it.

Psychologically this dialogue will help children relax and expire their inner sexual energy. The dialogue will open new areas of concerns to avoid what could be avoidable. That dialogue makes sex a normal process and exposes it, so sex will lose that magical undiscovered world which children dream about it.

Sex to children is a hidden world. That dialogue will help them invent this world and take care of it without misusing it.

While managing this dialogue with children, parents should speak
also about their children's educational future. There is a balance to measure at this stage. If some parents have girls and they want them to get through their education to high levels, then arranging comparisons and balances between learning and having sex could help them develop and mentor a sense of priority.

The cultural atmosphere inside the family plays also a positive role in leading children to understand their parents' behaviours and deal with that matter. If everything in the family is good, then chances for complexes to appear between children are rare.


Children are like peacocks. They deal the way they see their parents deal. They always take their parents as their spiritual guiders.
